Each member profile shows business contact details and information the member has approved for publication. Members can ask for changes at any time using the Update Your Profile page.
What we collect through forms
When you use a form on this site (Request an introduction, Join, Contact or Update Your Profile) we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, and the page you sent it from.
How we use it
- Introduction requests are emailed to the member you asked to meet and to the group administrator, so the member can reply to you directly.
- Other messages are emailed to the group administrator so we can reply.
- A copy of each message is stored securely on this website so nothing is lost if an email fails.
- We do not sell your information or add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
Form messages are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner on request.
