About Shawn
Shawn P. Barnes is a partner at Calcagni & Kanefsky, LLP (CK), a litigation firm with offices in Newark and New York City. He defends companies, executives and professionals in white-collar criminal matters, government enforcement actions and internal investigations. Before joining CK in 2024, he spent six years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in New Jersey, including as chief of the OCDETF/Narcotics Unit, and nearly eight years as a Union County assistant prosecutor. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
